Shipping Policy


1. Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it; Please leave your Phone number and a valid and most frequent used email address for us to contact you if there is anything wrong with your order.


2. Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order has been shipped, an email with tracking number will be sent to your email box.


3. For some special styles of clothing, if customized, after we receive your order, it will take at least 10 working days to produce, so it will take you about two weeks to get the clothing. Please note that if you live in a rural area, it may take longer. International orders may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control. We do not offer any help or compensation on these issues. I hope you understand.
